Happy Holidays

This year the raw fruitcake had dried pineapple, raisins and apricots and was pressed in a silicone bread pan, then turned out...I recently bought a piping kit and had fun with my experimenting!

Christmas Eve supper: a lentil star (Lentils with lemon, olive oil, garlic and smoked paprika...I used a cookie cutter like a ring mold!), surrounded by roasted cabbage, maple-glazed roast turnip, roasted mushrooms and garlic cloves with truffle oil, and basil mashed potatoes...we need bigger plates!
