Chick Pea-Free Raw Almond Hummus

So, you've become addicted to making your own almond milk, and have already made three batches of almond cookies with the leftover pulp...what now?

How about a raw, chick pea-free hummus? Easier to digest than its traditional counterpart, and surprisingly similar in flavor...

Raw Almond Hummus

about 1 cup leftover almond pulp (from one batch of almond milk)
2 cloves garlic, chopped finely
3 tbsp tahini
juice of 1/2 lemon
salt and pepper to taste
water

Mash everything up in a bowl and adjust the proportions of salt, pepper, and lemon to your taste. Add water till the hummus is your desired consistency. That is all.

Enjoy as you would the old traditional hummus.
